All baseline commercial transactions on our platform are securely processed in USD (United States Dollars).
No. All international orders shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates are treated as exports, meaning the 5% local UAE VAT is automatically excluded at checkout and will not be applied to your final payment.
Yes, you can cancel your order for any reason, provided it has not yet been processed. You may request a cancellation after receiving your Order Acknowledgement email and before receiving your final Order Confirmation email. To cancel, simply forward your Order Acknowledgement email to our customer service team at cs@shopoceandrive.com stating your wish to cancel. Approved cancellations are refunded to your account within 14 business days.

Yes! We are a global e-commerce platform offering premium express worldwide shipping. We regularly deliver fashion collections directly to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, GCC countries, and many other international destinations.
Please note: In compliance with United Arab Emirates law, we do not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.
To ensure your premium purchases arrive safely and swiftly, we partner with trusted global logistics leaders:
- International Shipments: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
- Domestic UAE Shipments: UPS, QuiqUp, and our dedicated in-house company drivers for local, close-proximity deliveries.
We pride ourselves on rapid fulfillment. Our warehouse facility operates 5 days a week (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+4), excluding national holidays, with courier pickups occurring within 2–3 working days of your confirmation.
- Domestic Deliveries (Within the UAE): Typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
- International Deliveries: Typically arrive via premium express within 3–7 business days (DHL Express Worldwide estimates a delivery window of 5–10 business days globally from the exact date of courier pickup).
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery & Duty Unpaid) basis. Your baseline checkout fees cover premium packaging, freight, export insurance, and export taxes out of the UAE, but do not include customs clearing fees or import duties levied by your destination country.
Paying import fees is completely seamless. As soon as your package clears customs in your destination country, DHL Express or FedEx will send an automated SMS, WhatsApp message, or email containing a secure, direct 1-click payment link. You can instantly view the official government breakdown and settle the fees (if any) right on your smartphone or desktop using credit/debit cards or local mobile wallets (like Apple Pay) to ensure immediate release for delivery.
Yes. We fully insure all purchases from the moment they leave our facility until they are delivered to your specified address. Because a signature is required upon delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to you once signed for.
Note: If you personally update your courier delivery preferences directly with the carrier to permit a drop-off without a signature, you assume full responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage to the package.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your items to have the return package picked up by one of our approved carriers (DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS). Returns shipped via any other unapproved couriers will not be accepted due to reliability and tracking risks. To be eligible for a refund, your merchandise must be in pristine, resalable condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, featuring all original garment tags attached, dust covers intact, and inside its original packaging. Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface so the soles do not reflect any signs of wear.
Yes. To maintain strict health, safety, and operational standards, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Undergarments and lingerie.
- Swimwear if the protective protective hygiene sticker has been moved or removed.
- Beauty and grooming products (perfumes, makeup, nail polish, lotions, sprays, or aerosol cans).
- Books.
- Items bought on sale (all sale purchases are final).
- Products not originally purchased directly from our site.
- Items that are used, altered, missing original tags, packaging, certificates of authenticity, or any included accessories (such as extra shoe laces).
Yes! We allow direct exchanges. You can swap your item for a different size of the same style, or choose a completely different product to swap with. The new items must be of equal value, or the price difference must be settled. Like standard returns, items sent back for exchange must meet all original condition and packaging requirements. Just email our customer service team at cs@shopoceandrive.com to facilitate this.
- Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Within the UAE): Completely free of charge.
- International Returns & Exchanges (Outside the UAE): Shipped entirely at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a secure, trackable mailing service using one of our approved carriers (DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS).
All refunds are processed strictly after our returns department inspects and approves the condition of your returned items. The final refund is issued back to your original payment method and represents the item price only, subject to the following non-recoverable operational deductions:
- Restocking Fee: A standard 3.5% restocking fee (calculated from the total order value) is automatically deducted from all approved returns.
- Initial Shipping & Freight Fees: The original shipping and handling fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these funds are entirely consumed at the time of original export.
- Return Shipping Costs: For international returns, if you request that we generate a return shipping label on your behalf, the direct cost of that carrier freight will be deducted from your final credit.
- Customs & Insurance Charges: Any customs clearing fees, import/export duties, or transit insurance charges incurred by our facility during the return shipping process will be deducted from your final refund balance.
- Condition Penalty: Unidentified returns or items sent back without our authorized internal paperwork may face extended processing delays or be returned to sender at their own expense.
You can initiate your request in two convenient ways:
- Log directly into your customer account on our site, submit a product return request, and wait for our team's approval and step-by-step instructions.
- Email a formal Request to returns@shopoceandrive.com including your full name, order number, delivery address, the email used to place the order, and the references of the items you wish to return or exchange.
Once approved, we will send you a unique reference number. This must be printed, signed, and placed inside your return package. Authorized returns must be shipped directly to our central facility:
